| Craniosacrale Balance | |
The craniosacral balance is a very gentle, deeply effective, non-invasive physical therapy, which adresses the person as a whole and helps to activate self healing processes on different levels. The craniosacral system covers the cranium, the spine and the sacrum. On the inside the liquor nourishes the most important structures of our body: the spinal cord and it´s nerves, the brain stem and the brain. By touching and interpreting the craniosacral rhythm, which emerges from the movement of liquor in our bodies you can percieve certain anomalies. An important element of the craniosacral therapy is to give this rhythm it´s natural balance. The therapist is guided by the craniosacral rhythm, which he can feel in our body. Limited flexiblity of joints, membrane or tissue are traced and agglutination and tension become obvious. With soft pressure the movement of the cranial bones, membranes and tissue is supported to rebalance the craniosacral system in the body. |

Qi-Gong sets itself apart from three basic elements: |
|
| • | The body (Shen): It´s posture and movements to keep a certain tension.Qi-Gong can be done in a lying, sitting or standing position, statically (Jing-Gong), dynamically (Dong-Gong) and also mixing the two. The right body posture is a precondition for the correct relation between tension and relaxation. |
| • | The breath (Xi): There are many techniques for the right way of breathing. All of them have been developed from experience and can easily be learned by anyone. Some of them are: observing the breath, chest breathing, abdominal breathing and a mix between the two. |
| • | The heart (Xin): This means to concentrate on your body, it´s movements, the breathing and to observe the Chi and it´s flow. During this exercise we constantly perceive what is going on in our bodies, how feelings of warmth and cold are changing. Auto-suggestive associations are supporting the exercise. |
The three elements of Qi-Gong are in constant interaction and therefore all of the same importance. |
|
Qi-Gong is good for keeping the Chi in your body in a constant flow. The concentration is focused mainly on the Qi flowing through the body. It only starts to work when the Chi is flowing, not by just doing the right move-ments. This means that Qi-Gong is not just copying certain movements, the movement and their meaning have to be understood as well. It is important to know the purpose of the movement and the connected association. When the movements are done in that way they become Qi-Gong. |
