Reiki
 

The word Reiki is taken from the Japanese Rei=universal and Ki (or Chi)=vital energy.

By laying-on of hands the old and simple technique of Reiki gives us deep relaxation and healing. Through Reiki we can acquire the infinite universal energy of our environment. We absorb this energy by the laying-on of hands on ourselves or on other people.


The energy then flows through us (but NOT away from us!) into the body of the other.
The attending physician does not loose any of his own energy in the process!

Reiki rebuilds the physical balance, cleanses the soul, calms down our emotions and is a perfect way of relieving stress by boosting our well-being and relaxation.

It is hard to put the method of Reiki into words.
